Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring that gels and liquids are upright and well-cushioned to prevent transit damage.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
